1. The government of the Republic of Korea sincerely welcomes that the Philippine government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) concluded the Framework Agreement on the Bangsamoro (FAB) by signing on January 25 the detailed documents annexed to the FAB. The ROK government considers the agreement a milestone for peace-building in the Mindanao region.

2. The government of the Republic of Korea hopes that the peace-building process will move smoothly forward down the road to promote peace and prosperity in the Mindanao region.
